“Sorrento Pool&Suites presents an unusual setup, more akin to serviced apartments than a traditional hotel, which can be disorienting upon arrival. While the staff earn high praise for their attentiveness, missing amenities like a fridge and sufficient hangers detract from the otherwise clean, modern rooms. Its superb location does offer a strong counterpoint, but families might find the overall experience less than ideal.”
